Mike leads the Shamrock team and has assembled best in class colleagues. He is a serial entrepreneur, commencing in college. Over decades, he has been involved in retail, restaurant and hospitality, real estate investment and development, and corporate finance (www.dimensioncompanies.com). Most recently, Dimension has moved into large scale tech investment. The most notable tech investment is in mLogica (www.mlogica.com).

His new new energy platform is developing as a copartner, a large scale, 1.2 GW, gas fired power plant in South Texas as well as entering the solar arena. Shamrock has five solar sites under option and is working through the entitlement and regulatory process to start construction. We have a variety of financial, legal and technical partners/consultants on board.

Michael has over 15 years of investment and real estate development experience. He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with degrees in both Economics with Finance Applications and Real Estate Finance. He also received an MBA from the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business.

Prior to joining Dimension Companies, Michael worked on Wall Street with Goldman Sachs and Bear Stearns. After receiving his MBA, he joined Q Investments, a diversified investment firm in Ft. Worth, Texas. He provided research and analysis across many disciplines, including Credit, Trading and Aviation Leasing. He collaborated with risk and financial control departments, overseeing treasure management and repo trading. At Dimension, Michael has managed significant development projects, and will oversee project management in addition to his CFO responsibilities.

With over 39-years in both the Consulting Engineering & Construction Industry, Michael brings to Sentinel Title Company real world experience in Electrical & Mechanical Engineered Projects & Hands-On-Understanding of the complicated world of the Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, & Electrical Systems Infrastructures, being able to convert them to simplified Pipe & Wire Construction.

As a graduate Engineer of Manhattan College “School of Engineering,” and through his various careers at Senior Project Manager/Superintendent level positions in both the Mechanical (Pipe Fitter “Local 638” & Sheetmetal “Local 28”) & Senior Project Manager / Assistant Superintendent for Local 3 Electrical Industries.

Thomas W. Neary is an accomplished senior executive with over 30 years of leadership experience as a senior executive in capital markets, asset management, real estate finance, and organizational transformation. With a proven track record of guiding teams through restructurings, mergers, and market-driven changes, Thomas has been instrumental in driving growth, improving profitability, and fostering high-performing workplace cultures.

Currently, as Chief Investment Officer of Shamrock Renewables, Thomas sources and structures private equity and real estate opportunities, leveraging his expertise to create value for investors and stakeholders. He has developed and implemented processes, risk frameworks, and operational systems that have reduced costs, enhanced efficiencies, and driven measurable results.
